We are a New and vibrant, non-denominational church serving the heart of North County San Diego. After over a year of gathering, we are excited to see how God is moving in our community and look forward to the journey ahead.

Our Passion: Fullness of Life in Jesus for everyone.

As a church, we are passionate about two core truths: God is good, and God is here. These timeless messages, central to Jesus’ teaching, bring hope and life to a culture that deeply needs them.

We long to see people encounter this Good God—through gatherings, small groups, and everyday moments—because meeting Jesus changes everything, leading to life in all its fullness.

This abundant life isn’t meant to be lived alone. God designed His Church for community, where we thrive together, receiving from and contributing to one another, while putting Him on display to the world.

Finally, we take seriously Jesus’ mission to make disciples and continue His work on earth. Empowered by God’s Spirit, each of us is called to play a part in transforming lives and changing the world.

– WORD

We anchor our lives to the word of God - first to His written word - the Bible, and also to His spoken word to us. We trust what God has to say, more than our own strengths, ideas, and opinions and we build our lives upon what He says.

– SPIRIT

The distinguishing message of Christianity is that Jesus is ALIVE. We are engaging with God who lives, and moves, and speaks. We don’t pursue a religion, we’re pursuing a Person. We love Him, and we love to be in His Presence.

– FAMILY

Jesus said that true faith is evidenced by how we love one another. God’s passion isn’t just a plan or a place - it’s a people. We love and value each other and what God is doing in and through us together.

– MISSION

Good news must be shared. If we really believe that Jesus is the hope of the world, we have to share this message in a way the world can hear. We love and pursue those who aren’t yet following Jesus, and work to lovingly point them toward Jesus.

Nick & Keri FOX

Nick and Keri were married in 2009 in Costa Mesa, CA. Even before they met, they carried a dream in their hearts to plant a church in North County San Diego that would bring new life and increased hope into the area. This passion has only grown with each year as San Diego has captured their hearts. They served together in various ministry roles over the past decade, and are excited to see how God will establish and use Commonwealth to bless the North County area. They are proud parents to two boys (who also consider themselves church planters). They love to see people and places impacted by the goodness of God's presence and to see people discover and step into their God-given purpose.
