HOW IT WORKS

Cohort Sessions: Students will meet weekly in a cohort led by an Educational Mentor. This session will include live lectures as well as a discussion portion where students will engage together with the curriculum they have been working through individually.

Individual Study: Each program has a robust curriculum of online courses taught by some of the leading theological scholars of our time. Students will read texts, view video lectures, and submit assignments online. This portion of the program is completely on-demand, therefore students can work at their own pace and fit study time within their current schedules. Rather than taking multiple courses simultaneously, these programs are designed for students to engage with one course at a time. Each course takes an average of 1 month (undergraduate) and 2 months (graduate) to complete.

Ministry Experience: Students will also have an opportunity to fulfill their ministry experience requirements through opportunities to serve and minister at Commonwealth. Each student will be given space to apply what they are learning within the context of our church plant. This will facilitate a deeper engagement with the material as well as an opportunity for the student to invest his or her training and skills into building up the church.
